Booking terms and conditions

We will make reservations only when you provide a valid credit card.

Bookings will only be accepted upon a payment deposit of 20% of the total value of the stay. Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card details provided are incorrect.

Privacy:

In accordance with Data Protection Date all personal information provided will be treated in strictest confidence.

Payment:

Only cash or credit card payments are accepted. Payment must be made upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to arrival date, will incur a charge equivalent to 1 night which will be charged to your credit card;
• Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire booked stay. The charges will be credited to your credit card;
• In case of a no show the full amount will be charged on your credit card

Cancellations will only be accepted through e mail to: info@ostellopolignanoamare.com or a certified mail addressed to: SECI Consulting - Via Toscanini, 6 - 70126 Bari - Italia.

Cancellations made by telephone will not be accepted.
